Terms of Service

Effective 29 July 2026 · Applies to the work.flow website, waitlist and referral program

These terms govern your use of the work.flow website and your participation in the early-access waitlist and referral program. By submitting your email address to the waitlist you accept them. They are deliberately short: there is no paid service yet, no account, and no subscription — just a website, a queue, and a promise to email you when your invite is ready.

1. Who we are

The website and waitlist are operated by Work.Flow, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, registered office at c/o International Corporation Services Ltd., Harbour Place, 2nd Floor, 103 South Church Street, PO Box 472, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1106, Cayman Islands, company registration number [COMPANY-REG-NO] (“work.flow”, “we”, “us”). Full registration details are on the company details page; contact is [CONTACT-EMAIL].

2. What the service is right now

work.flow is a desktop application for building file and media automations, currently in a private beta. This website presents the product and operates a waitlist for early access. Nothing on the site is a binding offer of the future product, its feature set, or its pricing; descriptions reflect the product as it exists or is planned at the time of writing and may change as the beta develops.

3. The waitlist

4. The referral program

5. Beta software

When you receive access, the software you receive is beta software: provided as-is, expected to contain rough edges, and subject to change, interruption or discontinuation. Where a separate license or beta agreement accompanies the application, that document governs your use of the application itself; these terms keep governing the website and waitlist.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design and graphics, the work.flow name and wordmark are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them beyond what browsing requires, except for quotation with attribution. If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them to improve the product — that is the point of a beta — without obligation to you.

7. Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload it, scrape the waitlist, inject content, or interfere with other people's use of it. Security research is welcome within the rules of our responsible disclosure policy.

8. Liability

The website and waitlist are provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the free website or from waitlist timing; our total liability connected with them is limited to the amount you paid us for them — which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, and nothing limits the statutory rights consumers hold under EU and other applicable law.

9. Personal data

How we handle your email and every right you have over it is described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR / RODO) — it is part of the deal and worth the read; it is short on collection and long on rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The effective date above always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects waitlist members — for example, changes to the referral mechanics — we will announce it by email before it applies. Continued participation after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not accept, you may leave the waitlist at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring disputes before the courts competent under those rules. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Should any provision of these terms prove invalid, the remainder stays in force.
