Work.Flow processes personal data in accordance with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act (2021 Revision) and, because the waitlist is offered to people in the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR / RODO) for that offering, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
